I will lose 25 pounds. If I were to lose more, that would be a bonus. Not that I need to lose more. I'm just sayin'.
I will eat some kind of vegetable every day.
I will drink at least 32 ounces of actual water every day.
I will not eat wheat any more often than once per week. Same for dairy. I am crying, here, people.
I will exercise at least 4 times per week.
I will incorporate resistance training in my workouts. I'll do this according to a plan. Yes. An actual plan. As opposed to randomly.
I will record my progress towards these goals on a weekly basis.
